American law says that the president has to be a natural born American. Obama isn't so he is using a fraudulent birth certificate and the American main stream media are conniving at corruption. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.

"Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4, 1982.”

So according to Fight the Smears itself, Obama's Kenyan citizenship expired on Aug. 4, 1982 meaning he held Kenyan citizenship until that point. This is astounding and so far no mainstream media outlet has reported on it. Will some reporter out there be so bold as to ask Obama if he was a Kenyan citizen until his 21st birthday?

Until reading of this Kenyan citizenship admission, I thought the lawsuit claming that Obama was born in Kenya filed by Clinton supporter, Phil Berg, in Philadelphia was of minor import [ See the next one ]. However, by responding to it in the way it did, the Fight the Smears website has just opened a big can of worms for Obama in its admission that he was a citizen of Kenya until 1982.

The image became increasingly suspect with Israel Insider's revelation that variations of the certificate image were posted on the Photobucket image aggregation website -- including one listing the location of Obama's birth as Antarctica, one with the certificate supposedly issued by the government of North Korea, and another including a purported photo of baby Barack -- one of which has a "photo taken" time-stamp just two minutes before the article and accompanying image was posted on the left-wing Daily Kos blog...........

Because if Barack Hussein Obama II does not produce definitive proof of his "natural born" American citizenship with original, verifiable documents, he will be setting the stage for a very public battle over his personal credibility, the basic legitimacy of his candidacy, and its possible criminality.

Nadhmi Auchi Is Suppressing The Truth

MYSTERIOUS Nadhmi Auchi is continuing his campaign to wipe from the databases of the British media any mention of his links to Tony Rezko, the Barack Obama ally who is awaiting sentence on corruption charges in a Chicago prison (see last Eye).
The Guardian and Observer have already bowed to pressure from lawyers at Carter Fuck and removed from the web six pieces on the billionaire Iraqi oil and arms dealer's activities, while the Times has added "clarifications" to its reports. Now the New Statesman has also bowed to pressure after Carter Fuck told the weekly it was libellous to describe Auchi on its website as a "convicted fraudster".
Auchi is a convicted fraudster, however. In 2003 he was extradited to France where a court ruled that he had received £lm in illegal commissions as the French oil giant Elf paid out vast sums in bribes. The judges gave him a 15-month suspended sentence and a £1.5m fine.
Ah, Carter Fuck retorted, it is still libellous to call him a "fraudster" because he says he's innocent. Unless the Staggers altered its web report to say that although Auchi does have a fraud conviction, he insists he is a respectable man and is appealing to the European Court of Human Rights, Carter Fuck would sue.
The weekly duly modified its report to describe Auchi as "an Iraqi billionaire convicted of fraud in France".
